Congress
ligne de separation

Master Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov lived amongst his disciples and spared no efforts teaching them orally. From the early fifties, congresses were organized so that everyone could come during their holidays.

This is how meetings took place during Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, primarily in France at the Izgrev Centre at Sèvres and at the Bonfin in Fréjus but also in Switzerland, in Canada and elsewhere.

Since then these meetings have never ceased and provide the brothers and sisters (this is how we refer to each other within the association) the opportunity to live together, exchange, sing and study in the spiritual presence of the Master and his Teaching, whatever their background, origin or social rank. It is a unique opportunity to reconnect with the fundamental values on all levels.

These congresses are however reserved for the members of the association (see the conditions for becoming a member).

During his entire life, Master Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov gave his teaching for free to everyone and it is still so today. The fraternal centres charge only to cover their basic costs, food and lodging.

Daily Meditations, April 15, 2004

“The work you do once you are engaged in the spiritual life is very different from everything you are used to. It is not a matter of doing odd jobs somewhere or being busy in an office, but of developing the divine nature given to us by our heavenly Father which is stifled an buried in everyday life by all sorts of activities and preoccupations which are not really divine.

It is a waste of time to go to an initiatic school with the idea of carrying on the same activities there as you do in the world: you will feel uncomfortable, you will suffer, and you will find nothing you need. But if you wish to find good conditions in which to restore order and harmony in yourselves, to allow your divine nature to blossom, and to undertake a gigantic work for the good of the whole world, you must turn to an initiatic school – and you will be welcomed there!”
